We are proud to announce that as of January 01, 2022, the Slovenian subsidiary of First Facility has won the tender for the provision of technical management services for all Stop Shop shopping centres owned by Immofinanz in Slovenia.
First Facility Slovenia appointed for technical Facility Management Services – Supernova Novo Mesto, Mercator Novo Mesto and Mercator Metlika
As from 1st of October 2021. First Facility Slovenia is providing regular technical maintenance services for three retail projects located in Novo Mesto and Metlika at the south of Slovenia. Our valuable client, SUPERNOVA, recognized quality services provided for Qlandia Maribor and Qlandia Ptuj and entrusted us with additional business.

We are proud to announce that from 1st of May 2020 First Facility Group has got a new member as First Facility d.o.o. is established in Slovenia. With head office in Slovene capital, Ljubljana, First Facility d.o.o. is engaged by the property owner Supernova for providing Facility Management services, technical maintenance and cleaning services in shopping centers Qlandia Maribor (17,300 m2) and Qlandia Ptuj (12,000 m2).
